Apartment Move-In Checklist

Within 15 days of moving into your new apartment, it is a good idea to schedule a walk-through with your new landlord in order to document any pre-existing damage. This is also your right under Maryland Housing Law! Give a copy of the checklist to your landlord for their records, and keep a copy with your lease.
